Here’s What Scott Disick’s $8.8 Million Bachelor Pad Looks Like
Scott Disick is selling his home just six months after he bought it in order to be closer to ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian and their three children.
Celebuzz has learned that the reality star has just listed his seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom house, located in Hidden Hills, Calif., for a whopping $8.8 million. The property, which was featured on a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, was bought by the 33-year-old last December for only $5.96 million — which means Lord Disick could stand to make a killing just from this flip.
Sitting at 8,110 square feet, the renovated estate features a sun-soaked chef’s kitchen, expansive great room, a wine cellar, a game room, a hotel-inspired master suite with a large sitting area, two walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom fit for a king.
Other high-end designer accents Disick has put into the place include Carrara marble fireplaces, custom window treatments made with white linen, mosaic stone and wide plank wood floors, a Crestron home automation, 4K televisions in every room, a closed circuit camera system, and Lutron lighting controls to set the mood in every room.
Outside, the massive backyard boasts a large sparkling pool with dramatic water features and spa, a patio, lush gardens, and a panoramic view of the rolling hills in the surrounding area.
“I kinda like that it feels like a Hamptons house,” Disick said of his estate on an episode of his show. “The nice part is the view here.”
“You probably bought the house just for the closets,” Kris Jenner remarked, noting that Disick has individual wardrobes dedicated to his casual and formalwear separately. “This is so fabulous!”
