Carrie Preston, best known for her Emmy-winning role as Elsbeth Tascioni on The Good Wife, has been cast in ABC’s prestigious eight-hour miniseries When We rise. Reelz is planning a followup to 2011’s The Kennedys and has tapped Friends alum Matthew Perry for the role of Ted Kennedy. The miniseries will cover the years after both John F.
