Kate Middleton & Prince William Join Poppy Appeal Volunteers In London

Teaming up for a good cause, the Dukeand Duchess of Cambridge helped sell poppies in London on Thursday (November 7).

Kate looked lovely in a red coat from LK Bennett as she celebrated Poppy Appeal with her hubby and a bevy of excited commuters at High Street Kensington tube station.

During the action, Huffington Post UK shared a photo of the new mom riding the Poppy bus and wrote, “Duchess of Cambridge & Barbara Windsor surprised hundreds of commuters as they travelled on a 1960s Routemaster bus.”

According to reports, the royal couple spent around 10 minutes chatting with the Royal British Legion fundraisers and was even treated to a serenade from a busking volunteer.

A volunteer told press that he was shocked to see Will and Kate at the event.
